We don’t buy land. We back land transformation.


Adelphos Capital invests selectively in large-scale land development projects (typically 20–200 hectares) through structured capital partnerships.


Rather than acquiring land directly, we provide financing to trusted operators and project developers with a proven track record, enabling them to unlock value through planning, permitting, and strategic land use.


This project-based approach allows us to deploy capital with clarity, purpose, and alignment – while avoiding the risks and complexity of direct ownership.
